Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Sky Mountain Cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Data Ownership & Hosting

User Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, files, and content you upload, store, or host through Sky Mountain Cloud. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
Hosting License: You grant Sky Mountain Cloud a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display your data solely as necessary to provide the services to you.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

Sky Mountain Cloud maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal material. You agree not to host or transmit:
• Content that violates any local, state, federal, or international laws.
• Infringing material (copyright, trademark, or patent violations).
• Malicious software, viruses, or code designed to disrupt service.
• Content that promotes illegal acts or exploitation. Sky Mountain Cloud reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately and cooperate with law enforcement if prohibited content is discovered.

Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless

“As-Is” Service: Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Hardware Failure: You acknowledge that hardware is subject to failure. Sky Mountain Cloud is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or service interruptions resulting from hardware malfunction, power outages, or “acts of God.”
Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold Sky Mountain Cloud harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or any data loss. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Florida.

Sky Mountain Cloud
